In the bullpen.

So, I’m sitting here in the bullpen where all teachers sit and where all of our desks are. I just finished teaching my classes for the day (today is Tuesday). After two weeks of quarantine, I finally started teaching last Friday (June 5th). My schedule goes like this (everyday): I work from 2:30pm - 9:30pm. I prep for my classes from 2:30pm till 4:10, and I have a break from 8:05pm – 9:30pm. The other several hours, I am teaching 3 classes. The classes are pretty fun, and my MWF classes are all really cool. Today was the first day I taught my TTh classes, but for some reason, they were not enjoyable. Maybe, it was because I was tired, or, maybe, it was because they all are horrible kids… haha, but I think I did not enjoy it because I was tired. Anyways, yeah… I did the whole teaching thing and heeeeree I am.

Hm… lately, I have been doing a lot of things. Notably, I resprained my ankle. To keep with the whole chi theme from the previous entry, my ankle further supports what I have been saying. Fear not, (MOM), my ankle is fine now and everything is fine. It hurts, but I can walk still/again. Furthermore, I’m not allowed to play basketball until June 1, 2010, so my ankle can heal. I’ve said it before, but now I am putting it in writing. So, I repeat, “I, Kyle Jacob Lee, will not play a scored game of basketball until June 1, 2010 (with the exception of shooting around).” If I do, then don’t feel bad if I tell you I sprained my ankle (for the fourth time in a year). J

What else? … I’ve been reading my book Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance: An Inquiry into Valu (by Robert Pirsig) and also studying Korean. Today, I had my first Korean lesson with a Korean teacher at my school. Yesterday, I played badminton and H-O-R-S-E with my friends last night from 10:15pm – 1:15am after a long day at the office. And last weekend, I went to bars with my friends. It was one guy’s birthday, Peter, and we celebrated in Itaewon, which is a sleazy area with a lot of military guys. FYI, there’s an American Military base around there. This past weekend was not a good weekend because I was sick-ish and I wasn’t able to sleep. So, most of the weekend, I was in bed or at a bar (mostly in bed). Oh, and I finally finished cleaning all that cat hair in my apt! I plan on posting pictures of the whole shebang/set up very soon, so get ready!! I think that’s all I am going to say for now because I’m pretty tired…. Also, I have to get ready for Sloppy Joe(‘s) Night. My co-workers are all getting together and making SLOPPPPY JOEEE’S. Wahoo!!! I’m soooo hungryyyyyy. Cyaz. [Please note: The post below this one is also newish, so read that, too.]
