Update...

Hey Guys! Welcome to my blog. I've never created a blog before, but I thought it would be useful for when I go to Korea. I figured instead of e-mailing everyone separately, I could just write on this and people could know what I do with my life/time/money. Also, I really hate answering the same questions over and over again. When are you going to Korea? What are you going to do there? etc. This blog would be perfect for my grandma because she asks those two questions EVERYTIME I see her, which is almost everyday!!

So my update...

I got a contract offer that I am finally going to accept. If everything goes according to plan, I should be out of the country by May 18-20. I would start May 25th, and the location is 20km outside of Seoul. I have heard some good things about this place (Pyeongchon - Southwest of Seoul). Namely, they have a "singing" road similar to the one on the new Civic commercials. Basically, when you drive over this road, the speed bumps cause different notes combining into the tune of "Mary had a little lamb." (Hey, at least it's not a province famous for the bird watching.. (hahaha Kris))...

In all honesty, I actually have mixed feelings regarding this experience. I don't really want to leave home again because I would like to settle down and put a brake on all my shifty movements (to NJ, Italy, etc). However, I know that I will never get a chance to do this, so here I am... going abroad... one more time.

Okay, so that's all I feel like writing today. I will try to keep everyone posted from time to time.

Cheers,
Kyle
